Eligibility Application – Now Open

Please complete the Eligibility Application below as the first step to apply for the 2026 Impact100 Grant.  You will receive an email within 2 business days with your approval and a link to the online Grant Application.  We highly recommend that when approved, you first complete the Grant Application in the word document that is in the approval email.

Links to the 2026 Grant Workshop Training Presentation and to the 2026 Full Grant Application can be found at the bottom of this page.  Please do NOT complete the Full Grant Application unless you receive an eligibility confirmation email with the link to the online application.

Is your organization a 501(c)(3)?(Required)
Organizations must be tax exempt to apply for the Impact100 Genesee County grant. Applications for non-tax exempt organizations will not be evaluated.
Max. file size: 512 MB.
Is your organization a Private Foundation?(Required)
Private Foundations are not eligible to apply for the Impact100 Genesee County grant. Applications from Private Foundations will not be evaluated.
If you indicate that you were founded in 2024 or later, you may not be considered if you can’t provide 2 years of financials.
If you are not based in Genesee County, you are not eligible to apply for the Impact100 Genesee County grant.
What category best describes the focus area for your program or project?(Required)
If your annual Total Revenue is greater than $5 million, your application will not be evaluated.
Our CEO/Executive Director authorizes submission of this proposal.(Required)
We certify that Impact100 Genesee County grant funds, if awarded, will not be used for a faith-based project or program which requires participation in activities of a particular faith, denomination, or religion to benefit from the program.(Required)
We agree that if provided funds from Impact100 Genesee County, we will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for services or participation in this proposal based on religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, and/or physical or cognitive disabilities.(Required)
We certify that to the best of our knowledge, the statements contained in this application are true, accurate, and complete.(Required)
